I have really been missing Mirage. What is she thinking? Does she think she was returned to GDB because she did something wrong? I hope she is just relaxing, and playing like we are. It was nice of this old pup to spend the afternoon with us. Let's all do a five minute downward facing dog. Throw in a few plank poses and add a Vasisthasana.
See you tomorrow for a green tea yogurt at 7 a.m. ( It is an Ugly green!)

I love the picture of your pose... the way the light sky blends into the white background on the blog page, it looks like you're stretching and reaching your hand right out of the picture!
Mirage must have sent that sweet old dog to look after you... a canine version of sending a postcard while she's off on vacation to gdb.
Sorry I've not been more dilegent in keeping up with your blog... my computer has been having issues of it's own (Mercury has been in retrograde, you know... communication and all things mechanical are affected). I wonder if your Kauai Computer Guy makes house calls this far away?
